Job summary

LR Energy is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and disciplined environment. The role requires strong leadership and security operations experience, preferably from military service.

The candidate should be medically fit, hold a clean service record, and reside near the job location in Karnal, Haryana. The position is full-time, may include night and weekend shifts, and involves overseeing premises security, staff training, risk assessments, and liaison

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall security of premises, personnel, and assets.
• Implement and monitor security protocols and access control.
• Supervise and train security guards and staff.

• Handle emergency situations, incidents, and investigations.
• Coordinate with local police and authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, fire safety norms, and company policies.
