Job summary

Tata Steel in India invites applications for a Security Supervisor to oversee access control, gate material handling, and QRT/ERT operations, with duties including executive protection and crisis management. Primary responsibilities include maintaining security systems, supervising the crime and intelligence functions, and liaising with Police and local administration while ensuring adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Full time Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 years' experience in Defence Services – Subedar/ Chief Petty Officer / Warrant Officer/Coast Guard- Adhikari/JCO.
• 3 years' experience as subordinate Officer/Officer of CISF.
• 3 years' experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial Security.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of access control.

• Supervision of quick reaction team (QRT) / Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Supervision in Crime and Intelligence wing.
• Control room management including use of technical gadgets
• Maintenance and upkeep of security gadgets and equipment.

• Supervision and conduct of training.
