Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a defence/paramilitary background, senior security experience, and strong command over security systems, auditing, and regulatory compliance to uphold Tata Steel's safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as commissioned officer in Defence service/Coast Guard/Paramilitary/Police.
• 7 Years’ experience as Gazetted Service Group A (Asst. Commandant/Dy. SP & above) – Paramilitary / Police.
• 10 Years’ experience as subordinate of CISF.
• 5 Years’ experience as officer in Corporate or Industrial Security in a reputed corporation.
• Security professionals with proven management experience in Industrial Security/Armed forces/Police/CPMF/Corporate Security.
