Sonata Software in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP SD design, configuration, and testing for O2C processes across sales, delivery, and billing. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and strong stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

You will map business requirements to SD configurations, design solutions, and mentor junior teammates while supporting deployments, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA with at least one full-cycle project.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.
• Experience in Sales Order processing, order types and item categories.
• Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition techniques and outputs.
• Experience in Delivery, Shipping and Billing processes.
• Knowledge of Output Management, BRF+ preferred.
• Strong BP and customer master data knowledge in S/4HANA.

• Strong understanding of SD integration with FI and MM
• Exposure to interfaces and integrations (IDoc / API awareness)
• Experience supporting UAT, business testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
• Good documentation and communication skills

Role & Responsibility

• Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module
• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions

• Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutions
• Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution
• Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
• Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects
• Work independently and mentor junior team members when required

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or business transformation projects
• Knowledge of Credit Management (FSCM) and Returns Management
• Understanding of logistics processes (LE / EWM / TM) from a business perspective
• Experience working in Agile delivery or global rollout projects
• SAP S/4HANA SD Certification is an added advantage
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Japanese customers is an added advantage

Willingness for short-term or long-term travel to Japan, based on project needs
