Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE in India is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with a strong background in S/4HANA implementation and support. The ideal candidate has completed at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and one support engagement, with deep knowledge of order-to-cash processes.

The role focuses on SD configurations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities within a full-time permanent position. Excellent collaboration and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total SAP SD experience.
• 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and 1 support project.
• Strong understanding of O2C processes.
• SD-FI and SD-MM integrations expertise.
• Pricing procedures, output determination, partner functions, revenue recognition.
• Master data management for customers, materials, and conditions.
• Familiarity with ATP, IDoc, and EDI processes.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and S/4HANA SD simplifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD configurations and implementations for S/4HANA.
• Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable SD solutions.
• Configure SD functionalities: Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Sales Orders, Shipping, Delivery, and Returns.
• Integrate SD with FI, MM, PP and other modules for seamless processes.
• Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Create functional specs for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Support data migration activities and cutover planning for go-live.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate should have successfully completed at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects and one support engagement, demonstrating deep knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SD configurations and implementations for S/4HANA projects.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable SD solutions.
• Configure key SD functionalities: Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Sales Orders, Shipping, Delivery, and Returns.
• Integrate SD with FI, MM, PP, and other modules for seamless business process execution.
• Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in SD-FI and SD-MM integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Pricing Procedures, Output Determination, Partner Functions, and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience in Master Data (Customer, Material, Condition Records) management.
• Familiarity with ATP, IDoc, and EDI processes.
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and S/4HANA simplifications in SD.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
• Exposure to SAP CRM or SAP CX solutions.
• SAP Certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP SD / S/4HANA certification preferred.
