Role & responsibilities

Identifying and handling different rubber materials & its properties during the process

Knoweldge about machines related to rubber products manufacturing; as to understand the reaction of rubber material during product process & functioning

Performing initial testing of raw materials and finished products

Supporting supervisors and operators in various production processes like sheet making, mixing, compounding, molding and so on

Documenting production data and adhering to quality control procedures
