Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head Rubber Technology with strong expertise in automotive rubber compounding, formulation development, and R&D leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of elastomer materials and hands‑on experience in developing and controlling rubber compounds for automotive applications such as seals, gaskets, hoses, bushings, mounts, dampers, and molded/extruded components. The role involves leading R&D, supervising compounding and mixing operations, ensuring batch consistency, complying with OEM standards, improving compound performance, and driving cost and process optimization.
