Job summary

Hercules Structural Systems in Ghaziabad, India, seeks a rubber/polymer production specialist to formulate and test rubber compounds and fabricate new polymers for prototypes.

Knowledge of natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, and rubber compounding quality/testing is essential; Diploma/degree in Rubber/Polymer is preferred. You will plan shop floor activity and work toward production targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Natural Rubber, Neoprene rubber, EPDM rubber and rubber compounding quality and testing.
• Manpower handling and achieving production targets.
