Job summary

Callnet Placement Services in Vasai region is seeking a skilled operator with strong rubber molding knowledge. The ideal candidate should understand rubber compounds, vulcanization cycles, and moulding processes including compression, injection, and transfer methods.

Familiarity with hydraulic presses and basic process parameters is essential for production support. Additionally, candidates should grasp production quality concepts, rejection control, and basic troubleshooting to maintain

Qualifications

• Understanding of rubber compounds & rubber moulding processes.
• Knowledge of vulcanization & curing cycles.
• Knowledge of compression, injection & transfer moulding.
• Knowledge of hydraulic press operations & basic moulding parameters.
• Understanding of production quality, rejection control, and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of standard moulding processes and equipment.
• Assist with quality checks and basic troubleshooting on the line.
