Job summary

DuPont in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an RTR Specialist to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities within a shared services setup. You will handle General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, and consolidation, supporting month-end closures and audits.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and 3-5 years of RTR experience in MNCs or shared services, with CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
