Job summary

DuPont is seeking an RTR professional to manage end-to-end Record-to-Report activities in a multinational setting. Responsibilities include GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Consolidation, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will support audits, drive automation, and ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closings. CA Inter/CMA Inter preferred; 3-5 years RTR experience in a multinational or shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required.
• 3-5 years of RTR experience in multinational or shared services.
• CA-Inter or CMA-Inter preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Record-to-Report operations: GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and support internal/external audits (SOX exposure preferred).
• Drive process improvements and automation; collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications And Experience

• CA- inter/ CMA Inter preferred.
• 3-5 years of RTR experience in multinational companies (MNCs) or shared services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
