Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other RTR tasks with proper support and policy alignment.
• Develop a process to audit these processes to ensure ADM standards are followed.
• Create comprehensive work instructions and DTPs documenting business processes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate repetitive tasks based on priorities.
• Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and advise on ownership and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

RTR Process Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Process Specialist to join our Record to Report team in ADM Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for month end close process including journal entries, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, fixed asset accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role also involves maintaining, reviewing, and controlling these documents, as well as training and socializing them at various levels of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes performed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable.
• Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standards on these tasks.
• Create comprehensive work instructions, and DTPs to document business processes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate highly repetitive tasks based on business priorities.
• Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across RTR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

Your Profile:
