Job summary

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited in Delhi seeks a field sales professional to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive retail expansion targets, and manage margins and discounts to meet annual sales objectives.

You will identify locations for expansion, set timelines for AFS and key accounts, work with MDPs to ensure collections and stock availability, and develop the team through training and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with internal and external stake holders
• Control the margins provided and also discounts offered to achieve the sales Retail Expansion AFS and
• MBOs Identify locations and set timelines. Set expansion targets L2L of AFS and Key accounts
• Improve and adherence of retail processes, strategic initiatives, B&M activity Receivables – True in case of MDP and Distributors
• Work with MDPs to ensure collections come in as per the norms and ensuring Distributor liability to MFL is cleared Stock Returns
• Ensure that stock returns are within norms New Order generation, Core growth
• Identify areas of learning for the team and ensure training and projects are planned
