Job summary

Vipany Global is seeking an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead a key enterprise RPO engagement in Hyderabad. You will be deployed at the client's office, working closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR leaders, hiring managers and Vipany's delivery leadership.

The role requires senior Talent Acquisition leadership, independent program management of large-scale hiring, and strong governance, KPI tracking and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience leading RPO engagements for large enterprises.
• Strong ability to translate hiring plans into delivery strategy.
• Proven track record in governance, SLA tracking and KPI dashboards.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

Vipany Global | Dedicated to a strategic RPO engagement Role Overview Vipany Global is looking for an experienced RPO Program Manager to lead one of our key enterprise RPO engagements in Hyderabad. The person will be deployed at the client's office and will work closely with the client's Talent Acquisition leadership, HR leaders, hiring managers and Vipany's delivery leadership.

We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition leader with strong experience in recruitment program management, preferably within an RPO environment, who can independently drive a large-scale hiring program from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall RPO engagement and act as the senior point of contact for the client
• . Lead implementation, transition and stabilization of the RPO program.
• Translate the client's workforce and hiring plan into a structured recruitment delivery strategy.
• Build strong relationships with TA leadership, HR stakeholders and senior hiring managers.
• Drive hiring governance including weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, demand forecasting and escalations.
• Lead and mentor onsite and offshore recruitment delivery teams.
• Monitor requisition aging, hiring funnels, recruiter productivity, offer conversion, joining ratios and other critical recruitment metrics.
• Identify delivery risks and bottlenecks early and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent quality of hiring and candidate experience across the engagement.
• Partner with the client on talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, talent availability and sourcing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, technology, reporting and stakeholder experience.
• Work closely with Vipany leadership to ensure delivery commitments, governance and client expectations are consistently met.

What We Are Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with significant experience in leadership roles.
• Prior experience in an RPO environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex hiring programs, preferably for GCCs, technology/product organizations or global enterprises.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery, workforce planning, sourcing, stakeholder management and recruitment operations.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and hiring leaders.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, dashboards and governance.
• Ability to independently manage delivery challenges and escalations.
• Strong leadership, communication and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite at the client's Hyderabad office.
