Job summary

Vrinda Global in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment under the RPO model. You will handle stakeholder management, understand hiring requirements, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews.

You will plan walk-in drives, bulk hiring, maintain recruitment trackers and MIS, coordinate offers and joining, and ensure targets and TAT are achieved. This role suits experienced recruiters with strong communication and process rigor.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
