Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2+ years of recruitment/HR operations experience.
• Experience in offer generation and banking recruitment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines (TAT) and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience with RPO model is a plus.
