Job summary

LG Soft India in Bangalore is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer to develop navigation, perception, and motion planning algorithms for autonomous systems.

You will implement path planning (A*, D*, RRT*), work on SLAM/localization (ORB-SLAM, Cartographer), and integrate ROS Navigation Stack while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong C++, Python skills and experience with OpenCV, PCL, Gazebo are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++ for performance-critical applications.
• Hands-on Python for scripting and ROS integration.
• Strong understanding of path planning algorithms (A*, D*, RRT, RRT*).
• Experience with motion planning and obstacle avoidance.
• Hands-on experience with ROS Navigation Stack.

• Proficiency with OpenCV, PCL, Eigen, Boost.
