We are seeking a highly experienced Lead RPA Developer with a strong background in Automation Anywhere and a proven ability to design, implement, and manage scalable automation solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (7+ years).
Oversee the RPA architecture, including Control Room configuration, bot lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and governance frameworks.
Manage and mentor RPA developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and solution design.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, operations, and security teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on automation initiatives.
Implement integrations with backend systems via REST APIs, Graph API, SFTP, and other protocols to extend bot functionality and business value.
Ensure high-quality documentation for all automation projects, including solution design, operational support guides, and governance artifacts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize bot performance, reduce risk, and enhance stability.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and environment administration in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical and operational challenges within the RPA program.

Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in RPA development.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferably A360).
Strong understanding of RPA control room operations, bot deployment models, user roles, and security configurations.
Demonstrated experience managing RPA teams and working across functional teams (business, security, operations).
Expertise in integrating bots with enterprise systems through REST/Graph APIs, SFTP, and other standard protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate risk and implement resilient automation solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering to senior stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
