Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere and UI Path for global clients.
- Support project leads in creating and refining tailored RPA solutions for rapid and repeatable automation delivery.
- Develop and document best practices for RPA configuration, and configure processes following core workflow principles.
- Lead the strategic rollout of RPA solutions, including testing, UAT support, and documentation.
- Support existing processes, implement change requests, and troubleshoot issues in RPA operations.
- Communicate project risks and issues, and contribute to project planning and change management.

Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech degree.
- 2-6 years of professional experience, preferably in automation or integration projects.
- At least 2 years of experience with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere and UI Path.
- Preferred experience with cognitive software, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or above), C#, Java, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft technologies.
