Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven RPA Business Analyst & Project Manager to lead and drive automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Project Management, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems, a bias for action, and the ability to take full ownership of initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and impactful automation outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management, with at least 2+ years focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Proven track record of successfully managing RPA projects from concept to deployment.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).

Project Management Skills:

Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

Bias for Action: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results proactively.
Ownership: Proven capacity to take full responsibility for tasks, driving them to completion independently.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional teams.
