Job summary

Alphacom Systems And Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere to lead enterprise-grade automation projects. You will design and implement AA360 solutions, mentor juniors, and ensure governance and quality across deployments in multiple Indian locations.

The role requires 5–8 years total IT experience with at least 3+ years in AA development (A360, A2019, or v11.x), strong programming and SQL/API skills, and expertise in Document Automation/IDP.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years focused on Automation Anywhere development (A360, A2019, or v11.x).
• Hands-on command of Automation Anywhere A360 components, Document Automation/IDP, and Workload Management Queues.
• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals (.NET/Java) and scripting (Python, VBScript, JavaScript).
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and handling API/JSON payloads within bot routines.
• Official Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced/Master Developer credentials preferred.
• Excellent client-facing communication and agile project experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end automation workflows and produce SDDs and PDDs.
• Develop, configure, and scale task bots, IQ/Document Automation, and metabots.
• Integrate AA bots with external databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and legacy systems.
• Enforce coding standards, perform peer code reviews, unit/integration testing, and assist UAT.
• Manage deployment pipelines, WLM queues, and unattended bot runners in Control Room.
• Mentor junior developers and optimize bot performance.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 (AAX). You will bridge business requirements with technical architecture, build resilient, reusable components, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers while enforcing top-tier Control Room governance and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Architecture: Architect end-to-end automation workflows, turning complex business process descriptions into clear Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Bot Development: Develop, configure, and scale robust task bots, IQ/Document Automation processes, and metabots utilizing core workflow principles.
• Integrations: Seamlessly integrate [Automation Anywhere] bots with external databases (MS SQL), REST/SOAP APIs, web applications, and legacy systems.
