About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath to join a high-performing automation team. You will work on enterprise-scale automation, process design, and deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath

Analyze, design, and optimize business processes for automation

Conduct UAT, identify bugs, and provide resolution plans

Collaborate with business/tech teams for requirement gathering & delivery

Work with SQL, relational databases, and application logic

Follow structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma – basic understanding)

Maintain technical documentation and reusable automation assets

Required Skills:

5+ years in RPA/automation or application development

3+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with UiPath

Proficiency in SQL, scripting, debugging, and UAT cycles

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
