Job summary

Locobuzz is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist to manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ response processes, researching opportunities, qualifying them, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals.

You will own the response lifecycle, ensure timely submissions, and build a centralized content library to improve RFP win rates and influenced pipeline.

Strong writing, collaboration with Sales, Legal, Security, and Product, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in RFP, Bid, Proposal Management, Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong business writing, research, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Technology, CX, MarTech, or Enterprise Software is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, security, or compliance requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders through global portals, partner networks, and public-sector platforms.
• Review and qualify opportunities based on scope, solution fit, geography, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Own the complete RFP response and submission process, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Finance, and other teams to gather required inputs.
• Draft and edit clear, compelling responses covering solution, methodology, capabilities, differentiators, case studies, and references.
• Prepare compliance matrices, requirement trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Manage submissions through customer/procurement portals and conduct final quality checks.
• Build and maintain a centralized RFP response library with approved content, case studies, FAQs, and standard responses.
• Maintain the RFP tracker and report on pipeline, submissions, wins/losses, and key insights.
