Job summary

ADP Private Limited is seeking a skilled writer to support RFx responses and sales proposals. You will manage version control, draft executive summaries, and ensure tone consistency across documents.

The role requires 4–7 years in technical or business writing, with the ability to work independently and in teams, and to handle high-priority, time-sensitive tasks while maintaining clarity of complex technical material.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in technical, proposal or business writing, supporting proposals or providing sales support.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve.
• Work well under pressure, with intense prioritization along with timely and transparent communication.
• Understand and document moderately complex technical material.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging.
• Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response.
• Develop/maintain good working knowledge of current service capabilities and future direction.
• Form effective business relationships with a variety of internal clients.

• Provide initial drafts of RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) responses using the designated software (Responsive).
• Take a project management approach to each unique response, to track changes and delays, and ensure all stakeholders are involved throughout the process.
