Job summary

Qualifications

• Study and review RFXs and support with qualification of bids/opportunities
• Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
• Arrange and coordinate proposal reviews at every stage of the response process
• Prepare RFX Requirements and Compliance sheet
• Lead storyboard sessions with proposal team members and key stakeholders
• Work with SMEs and Delivery teams to develop and write responses to Statement of Work (SOW), RFx for Solutions / Managed Services requirements
• Write, revise and edit proposal drafts by assembling information including, but not limited to, program objectives /outcomes/ deliverables, Approach and Staffing, Implementation, Timelines, Budgets, corporate literature, etc.
• Develop technical and business value propositions, presentations and customized content for prospective clients
• Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
• Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical / product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery
• Work with the Graphics team to design proposal artwork
• Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Bid/Capture Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required
• Ensure RFX compliance with requirements
• Coordinate proposal production and submission
• Improve process approach and quality by recording and maintaining proposal support databases

Job description

Job Purpose

This position is required to coordinate with relevant corporate functions and produce proposals / responses to RFXs by reviewing solicitations; determining response framework; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; obtaining approvals; and submitting proposals.

Potential resources will be required to work closely with Sales and Delivery to gather Solutions, Business and Technical inputs in support of producing compelling written proposal content that clearly and succinctly articulates our program approach and value proposition.

This is a networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
