Maximum 3 - 8 years of experience in Retirement Services, with knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

1. Defined Benefits Operations (e.g., Benefits calculations, Benefits Review), Benefits Calculation for Retirement, Termination, Disability, Death, Divorce, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in manual calculations.
2. ERISA Compliance - US Retirement Plan Testing & Reporting experience. Preparing responses to external auditor questions regarding plan data, including Form 5500 and year-end trust statements.
3. Money In and Loans - Experience handling money in & Loan activities such as check processing, contribution, loan initiation, repayments, and reamortization.
4. Disbursements - Experience with distributions such as Hardship withdrawals, QDRO, RMD, in-service distributions, and processing 401K contributions and loan repayments.

• Industry certifications (e.g., ASPPA RPF) are an advantage.
• Ability to handle tasks and provide resolutions within TAT.
• Stay current with product, process, and service knowledge.
• Ensure full adherence to quality parameters and schedule.

Note: Candidate should be willing to work flexible night shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred, with a maximum 30-day notice period.

Passport is mandatory.
