Job summary

Swaaha (formerly Level SuperMind) is seeking a Retention Executive to drive user engagement and retention through CRM communication and lifecycle marketing. You will plan and execute campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In‑App to grow active users.

The role requires copywriting excellence, hands‑on MoEngage experience, and a data‑driven mindset to analyse performance and optimize messaging, frequency, and targeting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with MoEngage or a similar CRM platform.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance.
• Strong attention to detail and execution skills.

Responsibilities
