Job summary

Astroyogi is seeking a Marketing Associate focused on retention campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email, and in-app notifications to keep users engaged. You will collaborate with the creative team to design compelling messages, hooks, and visuals, driving higher engagement.

You will maintain dashboards using Google Sheets, support data tagging, and assist in A/B testing to evaluate impact and optimize campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field OR diploma in these fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• A user-centric mindset and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Help in maintaining trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets or other data visualisation tools.
• Assist in setting up A/B tests and reviewing results to understand what works better.
• Work with data team to ensure campaigns are well-organised and reach the right users, using clean and properly tagged data.

Job description
