Job summary

Centum Learning invites seasoned retail training professionals to join our team. You will deliver high-quality training programs across India, focusing on jewelry, fashion, and apparel domains.

The role requires proactive stakeholder engagement, travel across the country, and a strong emphasis on customer experience and performance improvement. You will manage pre- journey planning, execute a minimum monthly training quota, and report outcomes promptly.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of overall experience.
• 2–3 years of retail training experience.
• Experience in Jewelry/Fashion/Apparel domain preferred.
• Willingness to travel Pan India.
• Excellent English communication and local language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs with quality and measurable impact.
• Create a Pre Journey plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Execute 24 Training Man Days per month.
• Create daily reports in Training Portal.

The Role is developed to serve the client with various Products & Skill set training delivery. This role, working closely with Zonal business team, is accountable for ensuring that Quality delivery and self KPIs are managed and improved. Identify critical opportunities for improvement within the various parts of the organization, and enable addressing the same. Be the custodian of the customer, within the organization, in terms of facilitating action on VoC to enhance customer experience.Should be aligned with the Zone and have strong relationship with the stake holders at the zoneCreate Pre Journey plan in consent with the Stake holdersWork on the Identified stores and increase the productivity as compared to previous monthShould execute 24 Training Man Days every monthCreate Daily Reporting in the Training PortalFocus on working with Individual to enhance performance.Post Training reports to be shared within 24 hours of the batch completionMarket Challenges to be shared regularlyTo keep oneself updated with the latest Products, ProcessesTo have effective & Quality Training Delivery for every single training programTrainer Audit Score to be >=4.0 out of 5Mapping Productivity of the Trained Sales Role holder and measuring the Impact

Qualifications
