Job summary

Centum Learning is seeking experienced in-store retail trainers to deliver high-quality training across India, focusing on jewelry/fashion domains. The role requires 5–6 years of overall experience with 2–3 years in retail training, and candidates must be under 32 years old.

Travel across India is expected, and the trainer will introduce new retail concepts to improve performance. The role emphasizes effective training delivery, ownership, and customer focus, with strong English communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training in stores and drive improved KPIs.
• Create Pre Journey plan in consent with Stakeholders.
• Work on identified stores and increase productivity vs previous month.
• Create 24 Training Man Days every month.
• Create Daily Reporting in Training Portal.
• Post training reports within 24 hours of batch completion.
• Share market challenges regularly.
• Stay updated with latest products and processes.
• Maintain trainer audit score >= 4.0/5.
