Rahbar Fashion Pvt Ltd in Raipur invites applications for a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top customer service, and drive store performance. You will lead the team, manage schedules, control inventory, and maintain visual merchandising, policies, and loss-prevention measures on-site across Chhattisgarh and adjoining MP locations.

This is a full-time, on-site role with hands-on leadership, coaching staff, and delivering sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business/retail is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Store management experience including supervising staff and inventory.
• Retail loss prevention knowledge: shrink control and cash handling.
• Experience in fashion or apparel retail preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with POS systems and daily sales/inventory reporting.

Role Description

The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities and a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include leading and scheduling the store team, supervising sales floor activities, managing inventory and stock displays, and implementing store policies and procedures. The role involves monitoring sales performance, reducing retail loss through effective control measures, and maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with company guidelines. The Manager will also handle customer concerns, support staff training and development, and prepare basic reports on sales, targets, and store performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in entire Chattishgarh and MP (Indore, Jabalpur and Rewa) locations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
• Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, including basic knowledge of shrink control, cash handling, and adherence to security procedures.
• Relevant experience in retail store operations or supervisory roles, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling daily sales and inventory reports.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
