Key Responsibilities

• Staff Management & Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store associates and supervisors.
  • Create staff schedules, monitor daily performance, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Delegate operational tasks and cross-train team members to maintain high productivity.
• Sales & Financial Performance
  • Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Implement promotional strategies and local marketing campaigns to attract new customers and boost foot traffic.
  • Manage controllable costs, oversee cash handling, and monitor payroll expenses.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising

Qualifications & Requirements
