Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations across Uttar Pradesh. You will drive sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and lead a motivated store team to meet KPIs.

This role requires flexibility to relocate among UP locations, strong leadership, communication, and experience with retail processes and POS systems. You will report to the Area/Regional Manager and uphold company standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline; Retail Management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities
