Job summary

TIME HOUSE is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations across Payyanur, Thalassery, Kanhangad and Sulthan Bathery. You will lead the retail team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail/store management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of POS and MS Office to support daily processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
