Cosmos Group is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive in Vadodara to manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth billing processes. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating internal departments for order processing. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–3 years of relevant retail experience and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. Attractive salary ranging from Rs. 1 - 2.5 Lakhs Per Annum.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or store handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the retail store.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/team.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the store.
• Follow up for GRN and POD documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and transactions.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall store presentation standards.
