Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate required.
• Experience in retail sales/channel management is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Ensure availability, visibility, and promotion of Berger products at retail outlets.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and market trends.
• Execute promotional activities, schemes, and campaigns at the ground level.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Maintain reports on sales performance, market feedback, and dealer performance.
