Job summary

Surface Paints in Lucknow invites an experienced area sales professional to oversee dealer and distributor networks, develop area-wise sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the paint segment.

You will conduct market visits, monitor competitors, ensure timely collections, optimize inventory, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Candidates should have a Graduate degree, strong communication skills, and own a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• The Candidate should have experience in the paint industry.
• Oversee and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and business plans to meet organizational revenue goals.
• Regularly conduct market visits to track competitor activities, resolve trade issues, and gather business feedback.
• Ensure timely collections from the trade and optimize inventory for efficient supply.
• Analyze and forecast area sales numbers and submit regular performance updates to the Sales Manager / Managing Director.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution reach, and develop new channels as needed.
