Job summary

Berger Paints India Ltd. in Kannur invites applications for the Star Premium Sales Associate role. The position focuses on prospecting leads, presenting Berger products, and building relationships with painting contractors.

Responsibilities include organizing promotional events, explaining rewards/benefits, and traveling as required. Fresh graduates with sales aptitude are welcome; two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduates preferred.
• Sales and promotion knowledge, marketing know-how.
• Interpersonal skill, Convincing Skill, Communication skill.
• Hands-on knowledge about Mobile Apps & Online platforms like PayTM, GPay, PhonePe.
• Preference for candidates from paints & Building Material allied industries.
• Ready to travel and having two-wheeler is mandatory (Driving License is must).
