Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Front-line Retail Sales Associate in Tamil Nadu. You will greet customers, understand their eyewear needs, and assist with selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You will provide product information and demonstrations to help customers choose confidently.

You will also use sales techniques to upsell, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
