Lenskart is seeking a customer-service oriented Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, understand their eyewear needs, and provide informed product recommendations. You will assist with selection of eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, while upholding store standards and delivering excellent service.

In this role, you will participate in upselling, processing transactions, and keeping the shop organized and stocked.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with willingness to go above and beyond to meet needs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Use product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
• Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with merchandise deliveries as needed.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as necessary.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, meet customer service goals, and ensure the overall success of the store.
