Lenskart is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative in India to drive eyewear product sales over the phone and in person, delivering excellent customer service.

Freshers are welcome. Candidates should have excellent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn about products while using CRM software and telephone systems.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas (preferably over the phone)
• Good knowledge of computer programs (CRM) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
