Lenskart in Assam is seeking a proactive sales representative to join our customer-focused team. Freshers welcome; candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

You will use CRM software and telephone systems to engage prospects, learn about our products, and explain them clearly. Excellent English and interpersonal skills are essential; resilience is valued to handle rejection.

3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
4. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
5. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
6. Excellent knowledge of English
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
9. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
