Responsibilities

• Sourcing of Home loans, loans against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, Insurance and any other retail products offered by the bank through self-lead generation and with the help of branch activity.
• Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.
• Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region
• Coordination with the Credit department for processing of loan till final disbursement.
• Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of the borrower
• Thorough knowledge of various Banking products.
• Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
