Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, is hiring a Project Manager for retail fit-out and store openings. This role covers civil, interiors, MEP, refrigeration, signage, and regulatory clearances across the region.

You will manage multiple sites, coordinate with design and operations, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management for retail or food service fit-outs, a Civil or Architecture degree, and strong AutoCAD/MS

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or food processing fit-out.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• Strong on-site execution and vendor management, able to run several sites in parallel.
• Working knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, measurement and billing.
• Ability to read and mark up layouts and services drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project or equivalent, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new store openings, renovations and relocations to agreed cost, quality and timeline, and hand sites over ready for operations.
• Own the site execution plan across civil, interiors, MEP, refrigeration, signage and statutory clearances.
• Drive vendor and contractor performance on manpower, material availability, workmanship and site safety.
• Control cost variations. Review BOQs, measurement sheets and bills, and keep spend inside the approved capex.
• Coordinate with design, commercial, maintenance and the offline business team to close dependencies early.
• Surface project risks with a recovery plan rather than a status update.
• Maintain project documentation, snag lists and closure reports, and feed lessons learned into future rollouts.
• Travel to sites across the region as the pipeline requires.

We hope that you have
