• 8-12 years of retail operations experience, preferably in luxury apparel or premium fashion.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores and leading high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience in new store openings and retail expansion.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer experience and brand standards.
• Experience in luxury brands is critical to create a premium in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency in customer experience, service standards, and brand execution.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key retail KPIs including conversion, ABV, ATV, UPT, customer retention, and store productivity.
• Lead and coach Store Managers to deliver luxury selling standards and operational excellence.
• Oversee new store openings, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, operational SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage control, and replenishment processes.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and VM teams to support business growth.
• Provide regular business insights and operational updates to leadership.

Role Summary

The Manager Operations will lead multi-store operations for a new luxury retail brand, ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong business performance, and adherence to luxury brand standards. The role will drive operational excellence, support retail expansion, and build a high-performing store leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistency in customer experience, service standards, and brand execution.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key retail KPIs including conversion, ABV, ATV, UPT, customer retention, and store productivity.
• Lead and coach Store Managers to deliver luxury selling standards and operational excellence.
• Oversee new store openings, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, operational SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock availability, shrinkage control, and replenishment processes.

• Currently managing 5-7 direct reports with scope to build larger teams as the brand expands.

Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of retail operations experience, preferably in luxury apparel, premium fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, or luxury retail.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores and leading high-performing retail teams.
• Hands-on experience in new store openings and retail expansion.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer experience, store operations, and sales management.
• Experience in luxury brands is critical, with the ability to create and sustain a premium in-store customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Retail, Fashion Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
