Job summary

VegNonVeg in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales and lead a premium retail team. You will ensure outstanding customer service, manage inventory, and uphold loss prevention and SOPs across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 7–10 years of retail experience with at least 3–4 years as a Store Manager.

• Monitor and improve key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ABV, and Sell Through.

• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and SOP compliance.
• Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
