The ideal candidate has 10+ years in jewellery/luxury retail, strong negotiations, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to onboard and mentor franchisees while upholding brand standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Retail Business Development experience.
• Strong exposure to Retail Expansion & Franchisee Operations.
• Experience in Jewellery / Luxury / Lifestyle retail preferred.
• Pan-India / multi-location expansion experience.
• Strong expertise in franchise development, operations & negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Pan-India expansion across COCO & Franchisee/FOCO formats.
