Responsibilities

• Achieve the defined Business Targets for MF (in %)
• Ensure adherence to process compliance as defined by the organization while achieving the defined business targets.
• Ensure periodical review is done and necessary corrective and preventive action taken
• Achieve the defined Business Targets for Retail and New products (in Crs)
• Strategic Initiatives
• Ensure employees are imparted proper traning in sales, product and credit, collection processes
• Achieve the Profitability Targets for FY 20-21 (%)
• Collection Management in terms of X bucket and OD Buckets as per the defined targets for both MF & Retail products (in %)
