Job summary

The Sleep Company in Pune District is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage a team, monitor inventory, and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers.

Your role includes staff training, reporting on performance, and maintaining health & safety standards while delivering profitable store results. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, excellent communication, and at least three years in retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
