Job summary

Blackberrys is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Maharashtra to oversee day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance. The role requires leading the store team, managing staff schedules, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering superior customer service while adhering to company policies and standards.

You will coordinate with warehouse, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet and compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 16 years of experience in retail/store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
• Monitor stock receiving, transfers, replenishment, and periodic stock counts.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash handling, billing, deposits, and daily store closing procedures.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, HR, and other departments as required.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained to company standards.
